Sounds to me like you need to select a new pharmacy. You state that you "look forward to hearing from you within 10 business days" - - for what? What do you want them to say or do? As far as the issue with the insurance card is concerned - - I always provide the insurance information when I submit the rx - - not when I'm paying for it - - to make sure the drug is covered and how much it's going to cost me.
