Re: lines are so long, y not open more register's
by LadyMac - Posted Thu November 2, 2006 @ 12:00 PM

Hey all - don't miss the forest for the trees.

Sandy:

You're right. No one likes waiting in line. Certain stores I frequent have a policy that if there are more than X number of people in line, they will open another register. I don't know if Walgreens is one of them. Maybe you could suggest this to the manager next time you're there.

I don't know what times you shop, but if it's during a shift change or the busiest part of the day, you may experience longer lines. Perhaps you should try other times, maybe that will help with the wait time.

Finally, it has not escaped my noticed that your writing skills are not as developed as they could be. It may be that you are able to get your point across better through face to face interaction or via telephone.

Good luck, Sandy.
