Excellent letter, Jill. Not only is it well-written, but you provided the company with specific information as to the decline in quality. Perhaps this will spur Walmart to look into its suppliers and see what has gone wrong.

I know you bought a cheaper brand of clothing, but it only makes sense for kids, since they wear something for a few months at most when they're younger.
