This might be the best route!! I recently purchased some Chinet paper plates for a gathering, and about every 4th or 5th plate actually had a hole in it!! I called the toll free number on the package, to just advise them of this, and the woman was so nice, very apologetic, and actually sent me a mailer to send some of the plates back so they could try to determine what went wrong. So that is my advise, if you feel there was something WRONG with the product always a good idea to save some, the manufacturer may want a sample to determine if indeed something went haywire in the manufacturing process or not
