I never said anything about kids in my post. The OP did. Personally, I don't like the ad because it makes people look stupid. Yes, I know there are a LOT of stupid people out there. But the ad makes it LOOK (Notice, I said "look") like all people are stupid.

And the reason I don't like the Geiko ones, I think the whole "caveman can do it" is just lame. And the ones with the celebrities are even worse. Don't know why, they just irk me. BUT I know that I am in charge on what I want to see. If it bugs me, I turn it or look away. Do I think a letter should have been written about this? No, not really. But that was the OPs choice.
