If you are serious about this situation, then I would suggest your search the Internet for your state's Labor Board site and look up the local laws regarding overtime. If VS is not in compliance, then you have three choices - - report them to the Labor Board (they will investigate and pay back wages if VS is not paying in accordance with the law), quit or keep working the hours required. You should also find out the maximum number of hours per day an employee is required to work.
