This letter just reeks of greed. The OP isn't satisfied with getting her 10% discount (which SHE shouldn't really get in the first place, since she isn't IN the military) so she whines and complains to IHOP because somebody else is getting something more.

IHOP has every right to give discounts, in whatever amount, to whomever they choose. I don't think they should have to change their policy on your account just because you think you should get more!!
