It sounds like you both had an attitude and that you started this. More and more pharmacies are automating this process to make it easier for both the pharmacy and the consumer. I'd much rather have my info stored on a server somewhere than in a log book.

If your license is that hard to get out of your wallet, I suggest a new wallet or moving it. There are many agencies, including police that will not remove it for you or take your wallet to look at it.
