Thanks for your reply. I wish that he would of just explained that. We do not have a Rite Aide in our town so I would never have known that. All he told me is swipe your license into the credit card machine. I did not understand what he wanted and of course things got heated from there. If he explained or the policy or it was clearly written so customers could see and read then I would have been ready to follow about Rite Aide doing everything electronicly.

Actually, that is a good point. Are those log books protected??? I wish all the pharmacies followed the same procedures in order to buy sudafed products.
