You know, Virginia, they were probably laughing and snickering at you because you asked for a replacement of a chicken fry. ONE. Who does that? I mean, don't you realize that sometimes those things happen, and yes, that is STILL considered a 'fry'?

I don't believe for one minute they were discriminating against you because you are Hispanic. I think they looked at you and were laughing because you were making a fool out of yourself by demanding a replacement chicken fry and holding up the busy drive thru line.

You say you're a busy mother. Okay, so all the other people behind you in line aren't busy? While I'm all for checking your order at the window, I HIGHLY doubt you took 'approximately 30 seconds' to do so. Why would you be getting honked at by other cars and the manager come to tell you to move if it was such a short period of time?

You don't deserve anything from BK, and your request for a refund and free meals for a year will just get this letter thrown in the trash. And I say good riddance!
