Ok, so I'm all confused (this is nothing new! lol). First you write to Orbitz saying you are getting married in June then you write to American Airlines stating they ruined your honeymoon. How can it possibly be that American Airlines ruined your honeymoon with your new husband but Orbits ruined your weekend vacation with your future husband (to be married with 20 other couples in Mexico in June)?

I'm trying to understand here but I'm having a really hard time. I can't decide if you are trying to pull on heart-strings with this letter stating that you were on your honeymoon when in the other letter you aren't getting married until June.

Help me out here.
