A honeymoon is about starting a new life w/ your spouse. It should not have mattered where you stayed... what matters was who you were with. Yes, I would be upset about the loss of money, but you were still with your new husband. If I were your husband, I would be upset that the materialistic aspects of life intruded the emotional. My honeymoon was travelling 30 minutes up the road and stayed in a small cabin at Callaway Gardens. I was not upset, I was giddy that I was with my new husband.
