I disagree with the author. She is asking CC to pay for a Toshiba error. The issue is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and is not CC's responsibility. I don't see why CC would pay for the service on it, since CC apparently isn't authorized to conduct Toshiba's warranty repairs.
