I don't see anything missing
by Courtney C - Posted Fri January 19, 2007 @ 3:39 AM

She very clearly said that when he went to school, he tried to get online and discovered he couldn't. I know many universities that start up again in the middle of January. He probably had no need to get online before then. Or perhaps at home he had dialup and at school he had ethernet (very common). Circuit City did NOT say there were no hardware problems. She never said anything like that in her letter. She said that she called Toshiba, they told her that the drivers had been IMPROPERLY INSTALLED and then Circuit City refused to fix it. I don't see anything in your reply that makes much sense.
