Not a good solution.

This is a tempest in a teapot. There is a reason why I don't read "People" or "US" or any other celebrity magazines - outside of their profession, actors are meant to be seen and not heard. I don't really care one way or another what Isaac Washington thinks about his co-workers or if he is offended by homosexuality. Mr. Knight will live and prosper. He is being paid more in a year than most people make in their lifetime. He is a public figure. Only a matter of time before people figured it out.
I personally think that the media blaring this issue from one coast to another is punishment enough for Mr. Washington. Hey, I wish that everyone who turned on their television would have known about the times my very first boss, the drunk, called me hidesouly offensive names because I didn't finish the filing on time and made me cry, but we can't all be that lucky.
