Caveat Emptor? Is this the 1920's? Dicks like you two are paid by people who need your assistance. If someone asks you about are product, they are making a decision based on your "expertise". If you give the wrong advice, then that is your fault. But hey, we don't mind. We just don't want to be held financially accountable for the mistakes made by Circuit City (i.e. YOU). A consumer can't reearch EVERYTHING about a product, that is why you are there. If you want people to do that, if it were possible, then why are you even there? To work the register?
