I agree with other posters. Do you honestly not have enough time within 2 weeks to fill out something so short? Unless your busy with breathing, you should be able to take 10 minutes and fill out a rebate. How long did you take to write this letter!? Did this happen 3 years ago and you just found time to write this?

And 180 days for a rebate? That's roughly 6 months! Obviously the rebate doesn't mean much to you, or else you WOULD have found time to do it.

You weren't ripped off, you were irresponsible.
