Don't get your wedding portrait at Wal-Mart

I recently had a problem with the overall experience at your company. I am writing in the hope that you can help me resolve this situation.
I saw the poster at my local Wal-Mart for pictures for $3.88. It seemed to good to be true. So, my fiance' and I went to Wal-Mart, me in my suit and she in her wedding dress. I commented to the photographer that the package for $3.88 was certainly a good deal. She agreed with me. Today I recieved a letter saying "The total collection is about $150". If this isn't a scam, I have no idea what is. I was led to believe that the portrait package would only cost me $3.88. I was lied to, and I know there are other people who were lied to as well. Your ad didn't say anything about the portraits costing $150 and niether did your photographer.
It's very unlikely that I will ever use your company again, and I doubt seriously that I'll be recommending you to other people.
Here's what I think you should do: I want my pictures for $3.88 as stated in your ad, and as your photographer told me. If you do not, you WILL be hearing from my lawyer, and from NBC affiliate Newswatch Channel 8. . This would go a long way in making up for the trouble I've encountered.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I eagerly await your response.
