No Diaper Changing Station in a FAMILY restaurant
by Michael C. - Posted Tue December 30, 2003 @ 12:00 AM

I'm writing to bring your attention to a problem with the experience at Burger King. The restaurant I'm referring to is at Coralville, IA.

ALL restrooms (men's and women's) in ANY "family" restaurant should be required to have diaper changing stations in them.
It's like Russian Roulette whenever we go to a Burger King and I have to change one or both of my daughters' diapers.
I am sick of having to change my child's diaper on the bathroom floor!

I am uncertain whether I would consider dining in your restaurant again. Also, I might or might not continue to recommend your establishment.

Here is how I would like you to address my complaint: Make a corporate mandate that all Burger King restaurants are to install and maintain diaper changing stations.
If you are going to sell kid's meals, then be "kid friendly"..

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to hear from you very soon.
