Maytag sucks!

It's really frustrating when you spend hard-earned money on a product, and then this happens. I'm referring to the customer service with Maytag Corporation and I'm hoping you can do something about it. Frankly, I'm furious over this matter.
For the record, I own a Neptune from your company.
On February 9th, 2004 Eric in customer service responded to my letter of complaint about my Neptune washing machine. He offererd to send me a $350 credit toward the purchase of a new appliance. It was agreed he would send e-mail confirmation that day. I have recieved nothing. I have called and left several messages but get no response. I could wait no longer and have purchased a new washing machine.
Here's what I'd like to see happen: Pay for my new washing machine I really hope you can solve this, because it will determine whether I buy anything else from you in the future. You can be sure I'll probably give my friends mediocre reviews of your products.
Please respond to this complaint as quickly as possible.
