I would like to bring your attention a complaint I have about the staff attitude/knowledge at your store, located at jersy city. Specifically, I'm writing about rude/unhelpful staff. I am extremely upset about this, and I hope you are able to resolve this situation.

Yet another horror story at one your wal marts, and i am sick of their abuse towards me and I vow never to step foot in a wal mart ever again for the rest of my life!! I was in your store shopping for house supplies, soaps, bleach, dish washing detergent. I usually buy from you because the cost is more reasonable than buying from the grocery store. I went to pick up a bottle of ALL when I grabbed it the top came off and the bottle of detergent fell out of my hand, crashed on the floor, and of course a tidal wave of detergent came gushing out and gushed all over my dress. It even went into my hair. I was a total mess. To make matters worse an employee of yours saw this and I heard her laugh, and a male employee that was with her said he loves it when that happens! In other words I guess they find it funny to go over to bottles of detergent and loosen the caps so that someone who grabs it will have this happen. I screamed at the top of my lungs because I was so furious that I have detergent all over me. I wanted help! No one came over in spite of my frantic calls and I started yelling louder until finally a manager came over, who by the way had the stupidity to ask me what happened! What happened is the top came off the soap bottle and it gushed all over me. And how was I to get home now looking the way I did! I was not about to go into my car and get liquid soap all over my interior. i asked her what she was going to do for me, especially since I knew that the store was responsible for this mess because they find it funny to go over and loosen the caps on purpose. She said she was sorry, then all i get is a blank stare. Meanwhile im standing there dripping in detergent, my clothes are a mess! I demanded that I be given a new outfit at once to change into, and use of the restroom to clean up. I wanted the new outfit of my choosing to be free of charge and I wanted to outfit that I had on to be professionaly cleaned at the stores expense. Your manager Candy, said "I can't do that for you." I was like excuse me?? I said "well you better, or I'm going to throw such a temper tantrum that you'll live to regret it." I was going to make sure every person in that store heard me and knew the type of rat hole this store really is. Well Candy was not going to budge, and if I wanted a new outfit I had to buy it. This is inexcusable! I was livid. The most Candy could do was to allow me to use the employee rest room. How nice of her, yea okay. I said screw you, I was not leaving until I got my new outfit and this gunk out of my hair. It was a standoff I was going to be damned if this little twat thought I was going to bow down to her. I dont think so! Then she dared to tell me that if I did not calm down she was going to call security! Can you imagine? Who is she to speak to me, a woman of high class and caliber in such a manner? Well I let her have it. I cursed her up and down and told her what I thought of her, and Wal mart, and that she would be held personally responsible for what had happened and she would never forget the day she ever dared to upset me! I screamed at the top of my lungs and let everyone know what was on my mind, and I stormed out of there, but not before I spit in Candy's prissy little face. I let her feel what its like to feel gross and not be allowed to clean it off. A lesson well learned if you ask me! She deserved it, and I gave it to her.

I seriously doubt that I will ever buy from your store again, and I will urge everyone I know to steer clear as well. In the past, quite frankly, I've been very dissatisfied with you.

Here's what I'd like to see Wal-Mart do about this: I want candy to be fired immediatly. She has no people skills, and lost your store a valuable customer, and a sale. She was not at all accomodating and did nothing to rectify the situation that was clerly HER fault! I want my dress cleaned and replaced. it cost me 180 dollars. i also want a new outfit and a gift card for at least $200 for the pain and suffering I endured, and my car also needs to be cleaned, beacuse the interior was then soiled with detergent as I was forced to leave the store and not allowed to clean up
