I just wanted to send compliments and kudos to the Oak Grove KY Walmart store and to all Walmart stores in general. The Oak Grove KY Walmart store may have only been opened for the past two months but they are doing an outstanding job so far.

I have been shopping Walmart stores for almost 20 years and I have always been satisfied.

I had a VHS tape, that was purchsed in PA, that was damaged upon opening. I took it to my local Walmart and they exchanged it, no questions asked. I know that it was due to the Christmas holidays but I have exchange other things, at other times of the year with no problems, without receipts.

I also had manufacture coupons for one free item each. I didn't have the trouble that I have read of in the past, when I used them.

I know that everyone has there off days but the cashiers and employees in Walmart have shown me and my family nothing but the utmost courtesy when there. I have not yet met the rude or frustrated employee when there. Having worked in the retail world I understand off days but have never experience one from any employee yet. And if I did, I wouldn't run to my computer to complain about it.

I just want to let Walmart know that they are doing a good job and to keep up the good work.
