I go to get my stepmom coffee mormally 2x's a day at McDonalds drive-thru in Lock Haven,PA. EIGHT out of TEN times they are OUT of decaf coffee!!! I have to sit and WAIT on a pot to brew. I voiced my opinion today that I have to wait so much on a pot of coffee and she should atleast get a free cup the following visit when that happens since she IS such a loyal customer! I mean $84 on coffee ALONE each month and they can't be nice enough to give her a free cup???? Needless to say the lady said "she'd see what she can do" and then sent some young girl out who handed me coffee and left! I am seriously thinking about driving the extra 2 miles to Sheetz for her from now on and getting her coffee not only CHEAPER but it's buy 10 get one free!!! Not only that but if you come to get coffee and it's stale OR empty you get one FREE!! They care about there customers and obviously the Lock Haven McDonalds DO NOT!!!

Based on this what I think McDonalds could do to improve their customer service is:

1.Buy 10 coffees (or even less since their's is so expensive!!)and get one free!

2. If they are out and I have to WAIT I think they should hand out a free coupon on the next coffee purchase.

3. If it is sitting in the pot more than 1 HOUR dump it and make a fresh pot. If I don't go during busy hours she gets OLD coffee!

4. I think due to all my trouble and how I was treated there I should get a gift card for atleast a value meal. That lady was just rude!
