My suggestion refers to your portrait studio. While I was extremly satisfied with my shopping experience, the portrait studio was a whole different story. We had a 3:40 appointment, we got in for the actual pictures at 4:30. After they were done we had to wait another 40 mins to get on the computer to order them. There was a woman who just took off and hers were held on screen for her for while she shopped holding the rest of us up. Two groups that were after us got to order theirs before we did. I realize its hectic near Christmas, but this was a tad above and beyond. Its difficult to entertain a two yr old for 2 hours in a tiny overcrowded space, I just think you shouldn't overschedule and by all means take the orders in the same order as you took the pictures. At the very least one of the girls could have spoke up and told us it would be a while we could have wandered around and come back to order, instead they just kept saying your next. I would have ordered more (in less than the hr it took the group before us to pick their pictures out- they were there when we arrived and still there when we went back for our pics). However I was so annoyed at that point I just ordered one set of pictures and left because I was so sick of waiting. Next year we will do the pics in June :) Sangertown mall New Hartford NY
