Verizon omitted to register an on-line payment I made. They actually owe me $158.59. They turned my account to a collection agency - I replied with all my information, copies of pertinent bills, etc., September 2006. I heard nothing in reply, so assumed everything had been taken care of. I am in the process of refinancing my house, and found out today that my FICA score is 100 lower than it should be because this is now on my credit report. The collection agency can't help, and I can't get anyone at Verizon to listen.

I would like them to call me and tell me where I can find someone to help me clear up this nightmare.
