I bought a compaq computer with a $30 rebate in june 06. I submitted everything and kept records. I called and they asked me to resubmit, which I did in Sept 06. I called and they said they never got it and to resubmit by fax, which i did in nov 06. Now i call in feb of 07 and they say the deal is closed and they can't pay it.

i want my $30 rebate in cash overnighted to me since it's been 8 months. this is ridiculous!
