No Cheese

Recently on a short trip I went into the Burger King located in Willows California. I told the "associate" that i wanted a Whopper. No pickles, no onions, no cheese and no french fries. She asked me to repeat the order. I said I want a Whopper with no pickles, no ohions, no cheese, and no French fries. She said "do you want cheese? I said no, I want a Whopper with no pickles, no onions, no cheese and no french fries. She said, "Do you want a "meal?". I said, NO, I want a Whopper, no pickles, no onions, NO CHEESE, NO FRENCH FRIES. She asked if I wanted a drink and I said, yes a chocolate shake. She asked me what size and I said a medium one. She took my money and gave ma my reciept and my drink. I went and sat at a table. When I got my sandwich I began eating it and discovered that it had CHEESE on it. I did not go back to the counter. I figured if she hadn't understood what NO CHEESE meant when I ordered, she had not gained any more intelligence in the intervening minutes. And I did not want to stand in line to talk to her anyway.
I Like Burger King for the most part, but they really seem to have a time understanding NO CHEESE. My family have had numerous experiences with this problem at several of their stores.
Teach their employees to PAY ATTENTION to what the customer is ordering and get it right. I wouldn't hurt for them to reimburse me for the sandwich that I had to dig the cheese off of and was not able enjoy as much as I had hoped for.
