I just want good service.

On Thursday, May17, I went to Walmart to fill a prescription. I arrived around 3pm and was told that it would be 4:45pm before I could pick it up. I did some shopping, went to a few other stores and returned to get my prescription. They had filled it wrong. I had to wait in an ever growing line while the one girl that hadn't gone to lunch asked 3 times where my RX went. Another 3o minutes finally produced the prescription. When the clerk rang me up, she added the bag of ice I requested. WRONG SIZE! Now I have to ask another clerk at the front about the ice. These 3 ladies are just standing there talking. I had to interupt to ask about the ice. I am told I will need to get in line to pay for the extra amount of the ice, or in the customer service line for a refund. I just left.

Teach your employees some customer service skills. Teach the managers not to send all employees to lunch/dinner at the same time. Have the correct pricing in the cash registers.
