Employees Very Rude , and don't apply the points on the accounts

I've been a hilton honors/amx holder for over four years, and everytime the statement came I called in to your billing dept, and if everything looked alright I would pay the bill without question. That is why I have excellent credit. Yesterday I called both the AMX which told me that the two hilton, and Blue Cash are opened, and I had 13,800 points plus they would add 5000 points to my account for the referal. Then I called the HH dept., and the agent told me that they closed my account, and I didn't have anymore points in my account. They told mee that I used different names, and I tried to transfer my husband points to mine, which it is a lies.I don't have any husband. I have a close friend, and he opend a credit card account in 2004, when the promotion was enough points for a hotel stay, and in Rhode Island is 25000 points, and he never received them.
The Hilton Honors owes me a reinstatement of my account, and 50,000. I worked very hard to collect them. They owe my friend 25,000 points, which he never received since 2004.I don't like the lies that your employees think they can get away with. I even applied, and used a Citi Bank Visa Hilton Honors to get 15,000 points. Maybe you would want to pay this to both my friend and myself in money. You owe me 50,000 = to two hotel rooms equals to $300.00, or more, and my friend 25,000 = $150.00, plus legal fees.Please get back to us as soon as possible.
