Stanley Steemer has a new tv commercial featuring a mother with children present who is screaming angrily at the family dog who is dragging his behind on the carpet. Dogs will do this action when their anal glands are impacted and painful. The dog needs the care of a vet, not being screamed at. No animal should be portrayed as the victim of anger in any situation just to sell cleaning services. There is enough violence against animals without it being shown as a humorous family event.
