Very Dissatisfied with Legalzoom.com

Several months ago I went online to start a business--which I called PDQ Express--and to incorporate this business so that I would not lose personal assets if the business were to be sued or someday have to file bankruptcy and so that I could pass the business down to my son upon my retirement or death.
I wanted to call the business PDQ Express, LLC and I did some research online to make sure no one else was using my name. I found a company in England using the name but since they don't do business in the United States I didn't think they would be a problem. It took me a long time to come up with this name and it was the only name I could think of that I really liked.
When I signed up with LegalZoom.com to organize my business they went through the formality of finding out if anyone else had already used this name. This process took WEEKS!!! while I waited to apply for a license and waited to start a website and waited to get business cards printed. Finally they got back to me and told me that a company 'Used to exist in Arkansas under the name PDQ Express, Inc, so the state would not let me use the name.' After reconsideration I asked if I could use PDQ Freight, LLC and they said I could.
Subsequently they sent me an embossed leather-like book containing my filings and articles of organization and an embossing stamp with the company seal on it. And what did the book have printed on it? PDQ EXPRESS, LLC! I was overjoyed because I thought they had made a mistake originally but had worked things out with the state of Arkansas so that I could have MY name back. I had a website developed, got email addresses that ended with @pdq-express.com and had business cards printed up and even told the government that this would be my name.
When I reexamined the contents of what LegalZoom had sent me I discovered that the cover and some of the materials inside had PDQ EXPRESS, LLC printed on them but the state-issued papers inside had PDQ FREIGHT, LLC printed on them!
I contacted LegalZoom and filed a complaint. They responded by sending me a list of all of my contacts with them and what I said and what they said and the dates and times of all of our correspondence saying that PDQ Express was already taken and I couldn't use it! Even though I was angry and felt as though they--and not I--had made a mistake, I closed my website, threw my business cards in the trash and started all over again.
Today I opened the package LegalZoom sent me (again) and removed the embossing stamp with my company name on it so that I could emboss a legal document with my company seal and discovered that the company seal embosser I paid EXTRA MONEY for reads PDQ EXPRESS, LLC!!!
There is no excuse for incompetence like that in the business world.
REFUND MY MONEY
