My wife and I went to IHOP for a cup of coffee and after looking at the menu decided we weren't very hungry; however, we both ordered a smaller portion of food from the kid's section. When we received our check, I noitced a $1 per person charge for "add $1 Kids" was on the check. Our server did not notify us of an upcharge, nor was there anything on the menu. When I asked the cashier she said it was the local manager's policy.
