I just want to start off by saying that I love your products. When your company opened a new store in my hometown (Thunder Bay, ON) I was hesitant to try it because it is more expensive than what I'm used to paying for bath and body products. My mom was also interested in your products and decided to use me as a "guinea pig" to test it out and let her know. She bought me my first round of products with the help of your staff and I have been hooked ever since! My skin has never felt or looked as good, my hair is amazing!
The one problem I have is that I love your fresh face masks, but because they are fresh and expire in about 3 weeks, I have a hard time using them all up before I have to throw them out. I know that your company tries to cut back on packaging, so smaller packages would be counter-productive. However, a lot of your products are sold by weight, so perhaps if you allowed your customers to bring in their own container (or bring back thier old one for a discount) and buy a smaller amount and just pay by volume there wouldn't be so much waste.
I will continue to buy the face masks because my face feels amazing afterwards, but I hate having to throw so much out.
