I went to burger king to get breakfast Sunday morning around 10 am. i was told that they were completely out of sausage, this is annoying because this is the only good thing on the breakfast menu. i order a breakfast sandwich with bacon. pulled away from the drive thru and noticed that my sandwich was not in the bag. my boyfriend went back in to retrieve lost sandwich. when he brought it back, it was FROZEN, so bloody cold that the cheese was not melted and it was just plain disgusting. I took said sandwich back into restraunt. i told the meth head looking employee that my sandwich was an iceberg and she refused to replace it because they were now out of EGGS as well as sausage. she offered to "warm it up" i went back out to my car as my boyfriend was opening up his sandwich. same story, ice cold piece of crap. we finally gave up on burger king and asked for our money back which was another big ordeal and too much for employees to handle. the employees look like they just came in off the street and their professionalism is non-existent. i will never eat there again.

i would say i would like to be compensated for the whole mess but i will never eat at burger king again. i would like to see burger king clean up its act and not hire scum of the earth. have pride in your work.
