I just went to the Rallys/Checkers Drive Thru on Verity Parkway in Middletown Ohio and also the breiel location. I first went to the Breiel store to get food and a milkshake. I was told that the milkshake machine wasn't working. That normally would be okay, however, this is the 8th time in the last 2 weeks they have told me this. I have a shake Daily for the last 5 years, they are the best Shakes I have ever had. I wanted a milkshake so badly that I went all the way across town to the other location to get one. The girl informed me that the shake is very runny and is pure liquid because she only added the mix because we ordered one. I feel that any menu item should be kept on hand at all times. I took the milkshake but it was not enjoyable. Here in Ohio we are right in the middle of a snowstorm and I went through that just to get the shake. I am very disappointed that the machine on Breiel hasn't been working at all this month and it has not been fixed. I get a shake everyday on my way home from work and I will not settle for any other shake than Rally's so I will not go anywhere else to get it.

I would like for you to handle this the way you see fit and get back to me and I would also like to know why the machine is not fixed and when I can expect it to be fixed. Thanks in advance.
