My Donalds keep my $9.14 and they have their food which was delivered in the rudest fashion by the STORE MANAGER!

As I pulled into your location at 5498 Central Florida Parkway at 8pm tonight, there was an 18-wheeler truck trying to back up. I waited almost 20 minutes for him to get in the positon that he wanted to be in. At that time when he finally parked he blocke the entire drive thru lane so I couldn't get to the speaker to order. I left the lot with serveal other customers, but I drove around to the other side.

When I place my order and paid for it I asked to speak to the manager. She came to the window and showed no concern for my experience. So I said to her "You can at least say, sorry for my inconvience", but she just gave me a blank stare. I pulled over to the side...called your 800 number, and then decided that I'm not paying $9.14 for this bad experience.

I get back to the drive thru window, and the employee is eating food at the window in customer view. I handed her my food and she reached and took one bag and said she needed to get the manager. She then went back to eat. I asked if she would get the other bag and drinks from me. When the manager came, she asked why I wanted my money back. I told her I want it back, and she said she needed a reason. I told her I don't have to give her a reason, I am the customer and you have your food back so give me my money back. She refused, so I told her that the service was bad and she said you got service so you're not getting your money back. I called 911, and she said "I'll call them too". Is this a joke I thought. I waited and then was too tired for this nonsense and called 911 and canceled the call. She sitll refused to give me my money so I have left the restaurant, where she has her food, and my money, and I have nothing.

I have never been at a business when you are not satisified and they refuse to give you your money back. Especially a McDonalds, who is suppose to be known for their friendly service.

She needs to be terminated for her rude behavior to me tonight. And I want my $9.14 back!!

Fire her.
