I bought my daughter a new Digital Lifestyles 32" HD LCD TV for Christmas. When I hooked it up it had some pixel burned out. The master controls on the tv would not work at all. The only way to do anything but volume was via the remote control. HSN's customer service people were terrific in arranging an exchange. Until I shipped the defective tv back. I was told that my replacement would be shipped immediately upon receipt of the bad set.
They received the set back a week ago today 01/15/08 and to date I have heard absolutely nothing about me receiving another tv. I have sent 3 emails trying to get an answer to why and all I get back is more B.S. stating that I will be notified as soon as it ships.
It has been 3 weeks since Christmas and my 10 year old little girl still has not got to enjoy the biggest part of her Christmas. Since I have been lied to and treated so badly by these apparently uncaring people, I think HSN should ship my replacement immediately via NEXT DAY AIR, at their cost.
