Rude and Abusive Pharmacist at Winn-Dixie

I have tried several different Winn-Dixie pharmacies, and have found arrogance and poor customer service from all of them. Yesterday's experience put the nail in the coffin, and I will never again attempt to use a Winn-Dixie pharmacy, no matter what incentive you are offering.
My fiance and I each had prescriptions we needed to be filled. We have just moved to a new area of Jacksonville and decided to try the Winn-Dixie pharmacy in your store on Normandy Boulevard near Cassat in Jacksonville, Florida. As we approached the "Rx Drop-Off" area, a pharmacy tech was at the register with another customer. When she was finished with that customer, she just disappeared without a word to us. We waited for approximately 5 minutes, until the pharmacist came from the back. He was chewing something and wiping his mouth with a napkin, and as he approached us, he stopped to pick up the phone and answer a caller's question before waiting on us.
I had 2 prescriptions for antibiotics, one of which was Cipro, which I know Publix pharamcy will fill for free. Winn-Dixie had a sign up stating "We have free antibiotics!" so I handed him what I thought was my Cipro prescription and said "You do free antibiotics here?" He looked at it and said, with a snort, "Not THIS one we don't." I was a bit put off, but I said "Okay, no problem - I'll take it to Publix.", and took back the paper. The pharmacist then told me "Publix ain't gonna fill that for you for free either!" I replied politely "They will, I've had it filled there before." I had started to walk away at this point and so he yelled after me "Hey Lady, I'll give you a $100 gift card if Publix fills that for free for you - you don't know what you're talking about!"
By this time I was appalled by his attitude and embarrassed that he was yelling so rudely at me, and said "Look - I *know* they fill Cipro for free there..." when he interrupted me, still yelling "Cipro? You didn't give me a prescription for Cipro, you gave me a prescription for Levaquin!" Indeed I had made (I thought) a mistake, but by this time I was so disgusted by how he was comporting himself that I said "I apologize, I gave you the wrong prescrption." and again tried to walk away and he said, nastily, "Well? Aren't you gonna come get your free Cipro?" I replied "No, I will go to Publix, thank you." and was told "Good - you do that."
When I got to Publix, I took the other prescription out of my purse and handed it to the pharmacy tech who said "Do you have insurance?" I replied that I thought there was no charge for Cipro and she said "There isn't, but this is for Levaquin!" It turns out my doctor had mistakenly printed up two prescriptions for Levaquin instead of one of each. They quickly called my doctor and got it straightened out, and I was soon on my way with my Cipro. My fiance took his prescription to Publix as well - and even though Winn-Dixie would have matched Wal-Mart's $4 price on his, we happily paid his $10 copay at Publix.
There is nothing that Winn-Dixie can do to retain me and/or my family as pharmacy customers, but you may want to look into some Anger Management classes for your pharmacist at the Normandy Boulevard store. His escalating of a simple misunderstanding into verbal abuse of a customer was frightening and very much uncalled for. Other customers in the aisle near me came up to me afterwards and said "What is wrong with him? I hope you're going to report that!", so I know it wasn't just my reaction to the situation.
