We were on a three night stay at the Palazzo. On the last morning of our stay, I took a shower and put on the wonderful white robe. It had the belt tied, with the nice tag that told me how to purchase. Much to my dismay and disgust, when I put my hand in the pocket, I found a receipt for an in room massage. Unfortunately I did not have an in room massage and since the receipt was unwashed, I can only surmise that the robe had been used by someone who had been massaged complete with lotions and bare skin and was also unwashed. This is totally GROSS.

I told the staff as I checked out and was told that they would find out who cleaned the room. I gave her the receipt I found. While finding out who cleaned the room may be a good idea for the hotel and their management, it did not address my having used the equivalent of a dirty towel that had been folded up and made to look clean.

I would like a complementary night or two.
