USUAL SORRY SERVICE! 1ZE310810302672425

Par for the course!!! Some stupid, lazy driver apparently just thru out my package into tall grass beside my driveway. About 1 foot from the package was an attempted delivery notice which was BLANK. It was apparent that the pkg had been there for some time due to dust and weeds on it. I only saw it in passing and backed up to pick up what I thought was someone's trash that had blown onto my land. According to the vendor, whom I called immediately, the pkg had been delivered the day before I found it!!! The vendor also stated that it was supposed to be "signed for"! Got news for them! ups doesn't give a flying rat's ass about people's stuff, or even their own rules of operation! I've battled this problem for years and have had absolutely no change. They don't care enough to correct their problem. They have had to pay for damaged, mis-delivered pkgs, un-delivered pkgs in the past, but they still don't care or fix the problem!!! I've ordered them off my property and the idiots they hire for drivers, managers can't even figure out what that means! Yes, I've had a chat with one so-called manager, who did bother to pick up the phone, and who didn't give a hoot. Do you know that no one can call their "local" office to complain. You have to call an 800 #. It's been this way for as long as I can remember. This is probably due to the SORRY service they provide and don't want to have to answer the multitudes of complaints! I've always tried to remember to instruct vendors NEVER to use ups, due to their SORRY service, but I've forgotten in the past, and sometimes vendors screw up. Those vendors that can't seem to correct their screw-ups in shipping don't get my business anymore and are made fully aware of the icompetence of ups and why my business goes elsewhere! This sorry company is just as sorry in SE Texas as it is in NE Texas. This is a statement made from vast experience in dealing with ups screw-ups in both areas! This latest fiasco started last Wed., 7/23, when the pkg was "delivered", and to date, Mon., 7/28, I've rec'd NO CONTACT from anyone re this repeated screw-up. Additionally, according to the vendor, another pkg had been shipped via the same SORRY ups and was scheduled for delivery the same day that I spoke with the vendor, which was Thurs., 7/24. NO attempted delivery, NO attempted notification, NO nothing from this sorry ups. re the 2d pkg. I'll bet my bottom dollar they sent the pkg back saying it was refused, which is a lie they've used before. By the way, since the vendor brought it up, the "required" signature probably was signed for BY THE STUPID DRIVER! They have this "driver release" rule. One of their rules, I've previously discovered and dealt with before, which they like to follow because it means less work for them!!!
I want a personal written apology from all involved; the stupid driver, including all the incompetent managers above him, local and regional, etc. (They must be incompetent, since they haven't fixed THEIR problem.) If by some chance, someone does accidently send something to me, then I want them to follow their procedures. Lord knows, I'll do everything in my power NEVER to use this sorry ups. I want a refund for all shipping costs they've cost me and missing merchandise!
