Not ebay want you to use paypal only as a form of payment. This way they make more money. The olny people that get hurts now is the small person making a two or three dfollars transaction. they charge you .35 listing fees and 8.5% comm. now with paypal, another .30 charge plus 4.9% on the total transaction which inclues the postage cost.
so sell a $5.00 item with a $2.00 postage cost will cost you.
.35 + .47 ebay
.30 + .35 paypal
total 1.47 comm profit 3.53 minus the cost of the item $4.00 for a net lost of (.53)

They say that they can not trace a check or a money order. Funny I can trace my check that I paid some one for up to 120 days
