Two different colours and the wrong setup...And I'm still waiting!

I decided to purchase a new couch for my living room on boxing day. My boyfriend and I looked at a few different furniture stores in our area. We found the perfect couch at Ashley Furniture (In Regina, Sk Canada). It was the Logan Stone sectional. The configuration of the couch was a RAF corner chaise and a LAF sofa sectional. This was opposite of the model section on the floor, but our associate that helped us let us know that it was a new setup and was available for order. We had a great experience at the store, and our associate and her co-workers were wonderful. We were given Feb 14 as the latest date the furniture would be delivered.
We received a call that our furniture was here mid January. The soonest they would deliver it was the beginning of February. We opted to go pick it up and have the delivery charge refunded.
My boyfriend picks up the furniture and brings it into the house. It was in two separate boxes. The first piece was completely wrong. wrong colour, and the chaise faced the wrong direction. The second piece was correct. We immediately called the store, and were directed to call customer service the following day. We called customer service the following morning and we had to email pictures of the couch to the woman because she didn't understand the issue. One side of my couch is dark brown, the other side is light brown. It's not the piece we ordered. She finally agrees to order the correct piece for us and tells us she is unsure when it will be delivered. We were thankful that we were told to use the couch as is for the time being, and they would remove the wrong side of the couch and deliver the correct one for no charge.
We are still waiting on the one side of our couch. I called customer service today, and asked where it was. We were told that it was here, and the soonest they could deliver would be in April.
Being my first time ever ordering furniture, I'm a little disappointed in how this turned out. I was very impressed with the store itself, and the associates in the store, but the customer service was mediocre at best. I'm very hopeful that the delivery goes smoothly and that we get the correct furniture.
I'm not sure if this complaint warrants anything from the company. I suppose as long as the chaise is correct, then I'm happy. I most likely will think long and hard about ordering from them again however. We had incredible service in the store, but the customer service we received from the company wasn't that great.
