My mortally wounded sofa from Rooms To Go

I bought a sofa from RTG in May of 2008. My dogs have decided to snack on one of the seat cushions and one of the throw pillows. I called the showroom to see how much it would cost to replace the damaged pieces and was directed to call the toll free customer care line. There, I spoke with a very nice customer service rep named Jeremy who as politely as possible told me the cushion and pillow could not be replaced. He told me the manufacturer wouldn't "allow" parts to be ordered for this item. This phone conversation was about five minutes long with mostly me saying how unhappy I was that he couldn't help me. That surely something can be done. And then him saying how sorry he was he couldn't help me and that nothing can be done.
I would like RTG to make an arrangement with the manufacturer to replace my seat cushion and my throw pillow.
