Telemarketing calls from SPRINT
by Ric B. - Posted Tue July 28, 2009 @ 4:49 PM

I have been a Sprint customer for several years and, for the most part have been very satisfied. There is, however one thing that is becoming increasingly annoying and may eventually result in your loss of a customer, i.e. ME.

Your TELEMARKETERS are harassing me trying to get me to buy another line. I do not NEED another line. I do not WANT another line. I have no USE for another line. In three weeks, I will STILL not want or need another line. In six months, I will not want or need another line. I have repeatedly told this to your telemarketers. How do I make this clear to you?

My cell phone number is on the Do-Not-Call registry. However, since I am a Sprint customer, it does not protect me from YOU. That does not mean that these calls are anything other than extremely annoying telemarketer calls.

I would like for Sprint to CEASE and DESIST from calling me trying to SELL ME ANOTHER LINE (or for any other sales purpose whatever). If you do not stop hounding me, I assure you that when our current contract is up, my next cell phone carrier will NOT be Sprint. Soon after that, the Do-Not-Call law WILL apply to you. Thank you.
