I bought my son a brand new SGH-a777 last month, and paid full price at an ATT store. Last week, the screen cracked, making it impossible to see the screen effectively. Due to this problem, he cannot see who is calling, read numbers out of his address book, play games, change his ringtone, ect. I am VERY upset, as he did not drop it or hit it on anything.

I would like a replacement screen sent to us immediately so that it can be fixed!
