I hesitate to write this letter for fear of the outcome, but I think it's important for everyone who participates in commenting to be aware of the answer.

Are comments now allowed that include but are not limited to speculation, name-calling, insults, letter critiquing, etc.? Also, are commenters now allowed to suggest a rewrite or how to improve a letter?

Be aware that this is not a complaint about any of the recent comments that seem to violate the TOS, and that I am not requesting or suggesting that anything be removed. Since you no longer make exceptions, it just leaves me wondering if these types of comments are now allowed.
