Assaulted at Domino's
by Chris W. - Posted Sun November 1, 2009 @ 12:00 PM

I called in a pizza order to Domino's Pizza tonite. Upon arrival, the employee who was receiving the money for orders began using profanity (speaking to another customer). The young man continued to use profanity, so I felt obligated to step in to bring a halt to the verbal assault that not only I was subject to, but 5 other customers (including an elderly woman). When I confronted the employee, he turned his anger on me, requesting (in no uncertain terms) that I wait for the end of his shift to further discuss this matter. Being a black belt in the art of Jui Jitsu, it was almost like a dream come true...but i quickly gathered myself, and tried to calm the situation down. Yet I am absolutely furious that the manager, who witnessed the whole thing, never lifted a finger to get the situation under control. My my, Domino's should do a better job of hiring & training its employees.

Fire both the employee (Richard) and the Manager (Victor). And offer an official apology to every customer in that restuarant at the time!
