Customer Service A Big Help At New York & Company!

A couple of months ago, I ordered two skirts from your website. I was given a tracking number and anxiously awaited the package. One day, I checked the UPS website and it said that the package had been delivered and signed for by me! I would certainly remember signing for a package, so I checked around my building and even with my neighbors to see if anyone had received my package by mistake.
After calling UPS numerous times, filing a claim, and with no help from them, I called New York & Company and spoke with Robin. I was very frustrated at this point and did not know what to do next. She listened to my story and I trusted her immediately as she seemed pretty on the ball about getting this situation squared away. She assured me that everything would be resolved and she would speak to UPS on my behalf and get me a refund (I would have just re-ordered the items, but by this time, my sizes were sold out). Three days later, I received an electronic refund to my bank account.
Robin was able to deal with UPS and was incredibly helpful in handling this situation. As soon as we got off the phone, I felt confident in her that she would be able to help me with this. Regardless of the mix-up with the shipping (not New York & Company's fault) and knowing that mistakes do happen, I will certainly not hesitate to order from your company again. Please let Robin know of my thanks!
