I was at the McDonalds located at 2610 S. Green Bay Road in Racine Wisconsin. I placed my order with the cashier, which did include a drink and asked for a glass of water. I was told I would have to buy a bottle of water and that they did not give out glasses. I figured ok fine, I'll get a cup of water after I finish my soda at the soda machine, only to find that the water button had been removed!!! I find this very unbelievable as ANY restaurant will give you a glass of water and then to top it off I could not even get one at the soda machine!!!! You add this on top of the "carry out" tax and that about takes care of my business going elsewhere!

I'd like them to let me know if this is standard procedure at all McDonalds now or if this was just at this store.

If this is at all McDonalds it should be changed and if only at this one they should be told they cannot do this.

I personally will not go back to McDonalds if this is the way they are going to do business and I do know of several people that I've told don't plan on going either.
