I purchased your Maytag Atlantis washer and dryer several years ago. About three years in I started to experience problems with the washer. The list of things grew as the years went by and now it will not drain the water out of the tub. I brought the Maytag set with the belief that I was buying a very good product from a reputable company that stands behind their product. Instead I find myself constantly repairing a machine and getting the run around from your company. I did some research on this washing machine to find I am not along with the long list of problems. I know that appliances break from time to time and itís to be expected. The cost to repair this machine is like buying it twice. I am furiously disappointed with this machine and the Maytag company.
I am requesting that this machine be replace at Maytag's expense. If my request is not meet, I will be forced to pursue legal action against your company for the replacement of this machine and damages. This machine obviously has a manufacturing defect. I am prepared to do this as a single complainant or part of class action suit.
